Do Millennials experience starting work in the workforce the same way as those before them? In many ways, Millennials aren’t able to gain the early work experience that Boomers and Gen Xers developed in their teenage years. Let’s encourage those who have had the advantage of early employment to reach out to their team members who didn’t get the same chance.
